
My Coaching Journey
I am incredibly passionate about empowering individuals to take part in physical activity, whether you are a beginner wondering where to start with exercise, a seasoned gym-goer or athlete looking to take their training to the next level.

My ethos as a Person-Centred coach puts you, the individual, at the heart of the coaching plan.
I have been personal training since 2017 and worked with beginners lifting their first weights, to those looking for more direction in their gym sessions, to those training for a variety of sports including marathons, fencing, and bodybuilding.
I have a strong background in science-based sport, exercise, and physical activity. I utilise my BSc in Sport and Exercise Science, and my MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology, to bring a fully holistic and psychologically-informed approach to Personal Training and Coaching.
My personal​​ exercise journey has seen me involved in playing team sports such as hockey for my county and Loughborough University, to taking part in triathlons, athletics and running events. I also love hiking with my dog and being in the great outdoors, and firmly believe physical activity should be enjoyable, which is something I endeavour to show and teach my clients.
