India Shaw PT has had a re-brand!

I’m very excited to announce that over the past few months I’ve been working on re-branding and re-building my Personal Training business, and I’m finally ready to introduce you all to the new sparkly India Shaw Fitness and Coaching!
The new branding and logos were done by the absolutely incredible Miriam Bean from https://miriambean.com (@miriambean.art on Instagram), and she perfectly captured my ethos of a friendly, unintimidating and professional approach to delivering exercise, fitness and health sessions. She created something so perfect, and I’d highly recommend Miriam for any branding work!
I am also expanding my delivery, and how my sessions work to include, monthly online coaching, health and behaviour change coaching, and 1-1 running coaching will be coming soon as I work through this qualification this year. This meant it was time for a name change to show I deliver more than Personal Training, and so India Shaw Fitness and Coaching felt like a more appropriate name. However, for ease, I will still be using the email address indiashawpt@gmail.com
I have been very slowly re-building my PT business after the gym I used to work from shut down in the COVID pandemic, and I had to pivot hard with my delivery of sessions. Since the pandemic I also undertook an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology, as this was an area I felt was lacking in the qualifications I’d already undertaken, and was a vital part of supporting people with their health and physical activity. Using a psychologically informed approach now forms a core part of my delivery, along with a science backed-approach I have continued to develop since completing my BSc in Sport and Exercise Science in 2015.
I have now also developed my own small PT studio for in person sessions, and an online coaching service, and hope to keep deepening my knowledge and experience to provide clients with the best service I can.
