1-1 in Person Personal Training

In person 1-1 personal training sessions in my small, private studio in Loughborough. Each session is tailored to support your goals and get the most out of your physical activity and exercise. Block bookings include nutritional guidance and additional workout plans where required.

Monthly Online Fitness Coaching

A monthly fitness plan, tailored to support and guide you, as an individual, to achieve your goals, and get the most out of your exercise and physical activity. Nutritional guidance and habit coaching is also included to ensure a fully holistic approach.

1-1 Behaviour and Habit Consultation

A one off service to chat through your fitness goals, health habits and provide nutritional guidance. This is followed up with an individually tailored plan for you to refer to.
