1-1 in Person Personal Training

Conducted in my private studio in Loughborough, or online via zoom. These sessions take you through an appropriate exercise session which is aligned to your goals, fitness levels and exercise preferences.

What is included in 1-1 Personal Training, and how does it work?:

​

  • A free consultation/taster session so I can get to know you, your goals, exercise history and exercise preferences. This is normally around 40-60 minutes long, can be adapted as needed.
     

  • We will then book in your first 1-1 session, and I will develop, and continually update, a workout programme and plan for us to follow. 
     

  • The workout programme and plan is delivered  through an app where we keep track of your progress. I will also provide workouts for you to complete through the app between 1-1 personal training sessions where this is appropriate.
     

  • Direct support between sessions as needed through messaging.
     

  • Habit and Nutritional guidance is provided where this aligns with your goals, and is reviewed to ensure a fully holistic approach to your training.

Prices

  • £37 = 1 x 60 mins session (single session)
     

  • £170 = 5 x 60 mins session
     

  • £300 = 10 x 60 mins session
