
1-1 In Person Run Coaching
Conducted at a mutually agreed appropriate location, these sessions will take you through a coached run session which is aligned to your goals, fitness levels and preferences. ​

What is included in 1-1 Run Coaching, and how does it work?:

A free consultation/taster session so I can get to know you, your goals and exercise history. This is normally around 40-60 minutes long, can be adapted as needed.

We will then book in your first 1-1 session, and I will develop, and continually update, a running programme and plan for us to follow.

The running programme is delivered through the training peaks app (a premium account is included in the programme), where we keep track of your progress. I will also provide workouts for you to complete through the app between 1-1 sessions where this is appropriate.

Direct support between sessions as needed through messaging.

Habit and Nutritional guidance is provided where this aligns with your goals, and is reviewed to ensure a fully holistic approach to your training.
