
Monthly Online Fitness Coaching
A monthly fitness plan, tailored to support and guide you, to achieve your goals, and get the most out of your exercise and physical activity. I check in with you via zoom and an online chat to provide any additional support you need. Nutritional guidance and habit coaching is also included to ensure a fully holistic approach.

What is included in Monthly Online Coaching, and how does it work?:

A free initial consultation via zoom so I can get to know you, your goals, exercise history and exercise preferences. This is normally around 40-60 minutes long, and can be adapted as needed.

We will then book in your first check-in session, and I will develop a workout programme and plan for you to follow for the month.

The workout programme and plan is delivered and updated through an app where we keep track of your progress.

We book in up to 3 check-in sessions a month via zoom, and I send a weekly check in through the app to catch up with you on how your week has gone.

Direct support between sessions as needed through messaging.

Habit and Nutritional guidance is provided where this aligns with your goals, and is reviewed to ensure a fully holistic approach to your training.
